Is Zone Two Still Needed for Hypertrophy?

You should still aim to get at least 7,000 steps a day average. For maximal hypertrophy, you need to be well rested and resting about three minutes per set. There's nothing wrong with doing circuit training if you have access to your own gym. You gain the benefit of a little bit shorter warm up time.
