I think uh in the quest for optimal kind of what you said we fear the sub optimal Right as opposed to it's like how long is this gonna take you? Okay, you've been training well like, you know 15 years. I actually don't think I would have progressed because before I had hip issues high high frequency or higher volume squatting Never paid the dividends. It was a little more like titration of effort like it was like two or three times a week Having an easy day. That was a bit more technique focused that I recover But still get some useful stuff in You know and being a little more intentional my programming And uh and deadlifts man. I'd sell you
