When going out for walks and rucking is it better to keep intensity in terms of weight the same and increase volume and go longer or density go faster in the same time? Let's take, let's take some questions. Pat: I think one of the things I state about loaded carries always, I try to change every ruck or okay, if now on walking, just walk. But if you're going to do heavy hands or loaded carries or the cook drill or rucking, I suggest that you change it every time because I think there's a flow to it.
