How do you get people to use the damn tools? There's a few challenges here, right? One is like, how should your tooling be set up? Sounds super boring, but also really important because if you don't get that right, nothing else is going to matter. So I built in across my team's accountability and real time. And let me tell you what that means. A lot of times the systems of record that you put in place end up lacking this element of engagement.
