i still find an overwhelming sense of anxiety by doing any small activities that involve being with people or making contact. It feels very strange, like i'm starting over every day, just trying to get back to regular life things. I think the general advice that i would give christina and other people who are going through this is just a little bit of self compassion. Look, everybody is going through everybody just went through a gold pendemic. You're not alone.
