CHAPTER

The Importance of Openness

Most people think of openness as opposed to being closed. But if it's unconditional openness, obviously We're just as open to the feeling of being closed as we are open to be open Or it's not unconditional openness. Open awareness is said to have no bias no agenda no sort of Investment in outcome So Awareness is always just open or just as open  to dying as we areopen to being healthy. Not because we don't like it or whatever. It's just that's if that's what it is. Yeah That's if that'm what we're experiencing. That's what we're experience so.
