There's a lot of gratitude exercises that say, culturally, at least in the us, you are to look to the right of the bell curve and envy the people there. Sonea: I think that probably what you would love to have is gratitude that is independent of comparison. So i don't know if there's no at any ratefl that you can breathe, is in comparison to not breathing? No, i think there's experiences of gratitude of just like you feel.
