I'll try and do somewhere between 85, probably avergeg, around 85 % of my work, like quite, quite easy. And then the rest of that is just really trying to push it hard, with the odd occasional session being at that kind of greay area, mid zone. I get carried away in easy walks way too often, andn push it too hard, and stuff like really hitting that over vo two max paste stuff. We don't do a ton of a that might just be, like avoiding it, even if it would be beneficial. But i find that it's just from a technical standpoint, like, it doesn't give me good habits with my technique.
