The Pros and Cons of Maintaining Lean Muscle Mass

A lot of tech sports talk about the fact that if you're leaning out or losing body weight, you can't concurrently add muscle mass. Sam Metler and Kevin Tipton disprove that in a paper from England. They showed slightly higher protein intakes and strategic use of protein throughout the day along with quite aggressive strength and conditioning and training program. And another really interesting thing in the study was the ability to maintain lean muscle math whilst getting leaner.
