In a butterfly guard, you probably look towards opponent. But then the opposite of this is the opponent can be behind you in the same position, but behind you. And so we call it a panda because, you know, there's a panda pictures all over the internet when pandas are eating and they're kind of slouching like this. So just somebody named it as a panda. I call it also like a sitting turtle or also like upright side control. Then there's a twisting things that's really interesting because we have a running man. It's borrowed from Sowell, I guess the name. We call it baby rich because it's the lowest hip position bridge
