I've always been somebody like a huge reader. I was the kid you would always find at the library reading growing up. And so that's where the intersection of it started, about 15 years ago. But i will say that the credibility of having done sales and then being able to actually deconstruct my own experiences and have ampathy for the people in the room is really what helped me get into this field.
