Coffee and the Cortisol Response

Coffee can be a great aid for fasting, you know, encourage fat burning and energy. Some women might get too much of a cortisol response to it. If someone suspects that they're either getting an exaggerated response, they feel jittery or don't feel good, my encouragement is to use a glucometer.
