What Can Philanthropy Do With Nuclear Weapons?
I think in general, war is a really inefficient way to solve conflicts. So there are only a dozen or so conflicts in which war seems remotely possible in the world today. And if you can solve for those problems, the chances of high stakes war just seems really remote. That's a very long way away. It's a directional question and it seems possible to move in that direction, at least some steps.
