You've got to inspect the resumes and the LinkedIn profiles. Be able to quantify what you put on paper to a certain extent. Some of the worst hires ever made, Brian, I failed to do my due diligence. They interviewed well. They were pristine interviews. They look great on paper. But they're really hard to work with. And so sometimes that can come in handy when you get into that spot if you're being challenged in that area.
