Omega 3 and omega 6 are essential to life, there's only a small amount that we need to survive. If we have too many of the polyunsaturated fats, we're more prone to oxidation in the body. That results in a production of something called free radicals, which can do damage and that can accelerate aging. So our advice is don't have any of the hydrogionalized or the highly processed vegetables like sunflower oil and corn oil.
