Is the Platform Controlling the Proposal?
The proposal goes to the end client, kind of ceasing the platform. I think you almost need everybody involved at some level. The thing i would avoid with like the plague, is do not let the platform approve what you 're allowed to do. They can approve how much they're pay for, but they can't be involved in the decision.
