How do you know if someone is ready for the next 18 months? And what are some symptoms? Are there things that you look for or signs that might tell you that it might be time to bring on and have a layering activity of that short? I think we got a lot of advice from the investor community in particular that likes to pattern math to say, oh, you need to bring in the next person for the next phase. The people that do well are people that are systems thinkers, people that can distill simplicity out of complexity and then produce that into a system.
