And then also, it just calms you down, right? It just everything,. Just the cemi, your brain tory in the hormons is really helpful. The heart rite recovery will be slower, like your heartright, actually won't drop as quickly. Whereas if you're very fit or you're peaking physically, ah, you can have really dramatic heartright drops ind a bit.
