There is the compassion that we cultivate, and i think there's both. So as we get more in the ti betnin form practices where we rest in in a wider field of awareness, which has the elements of spaciousness and of knowing and of love,. Which is quite interesting, that that's where we end up when we really go deep into meditation. Then also the compassion, in a way, that's compassion with the great sea, can come from that place compassion is already there, if we just allow ourselves to touch into it. It's not one or the other. I think it's both really wonderful and e ay.
