What Are Your Three Options?

So when you're talking about the hundred million that's for the entire building. That would be for the entire site right to develop the site. Let's just say that would be overall encompassing the whole site project building everything. And, and so when you're sitting down with them, when you said like this is going to be between one and three million for the art for the for the complete soup to nuts of just the roof space. They at that point they've already engaged us. So what are your three options look like? What are the like what are the common differences? Or maybe even just think back to your last proposal if they're all very different.
