Is There a Way to Manage Chronic Pain?

A patient is admitted to the hospital with severe pain and vomiting. He has tried ivy catrorlac, hydromorphone, fentonal but needs an opioid first. Suge: What's a good starting dose for someone who's more on the inexperienced side of opioids? Suge: For most patients, if we're giving an opiod in this situation, you can't always give more than one or two milligrams per day.
