Sports Nutrition Products That Contain Multiple Forms of Carbohydrates
Eating carbohydrate sources that contain several different types of carbohydrates can be a more efficient way of getting more into your body. Fructos is metabolized differently then other carbohydrates and so if you eat like, too much of it on a run, you might not feel great and you might need to go to the bath. Sports nutrition products are formulated how they are for a reason. And most that have fruit toast will have manageable amounts of fruit toast that aren't going to cause gi upset.
