If you want your anxiety to improve overtime, first thing that you've got to do is, like, let yourself die. Your anxiety is the part of your mind which looks into the future, predicts danger and makes sure you don't screw up. Like anxieties protect, protective. That's why we have it, like human beings. We just need a little bit of information and then you project danger. And so anxiety is adaptive. It's not actually irrational and bad. This’s what people think, like when we start calling it mental illness,. but we think about it as an enemy.
