What's Your Ballpark Range?

I never really was looking for a ballpark in terms of multiple on ARR because everybody's going to judge things differently, right? For me, there was always just kind of a number in my head of, yeah, I'd consider selling the business for this amount. And that number ended up growing over time. You know, when I'm early starting, starting out, I was like, oh, yeah, five million. That's my number. Then it grew up to 10 million. And eventually, it ended up being at like a $15 million number. But we got an LOI and negotiated a bit and got to a number that we all felt really good about.
