People get a bit carried away when they start to learn about something new and often you know that ends up being translated by the general public as a panacea for everyone. We don't actually know a lot about this it's deeply complicated and also there's a lot of contextual considerations that we have to bear in mind. There are definitely some areas I feel this has you know some some real potential there's some gray areas of course and then there's some areas where you know it's all very interesting but it might not be relevant. It's only going to work if someone really can adhere to it so compliance becomes becomes a sort of a central issue.
