What Was Fabian's Theory of Justice?

Raul's theory of justice, he calls his justice as fairness, is a theory that is based on two main principles of justice. The principle of equal liberties holds that all members of society enjoy an equal set of basic rights and liberties. A second part of the second principle of justice is a difference principle which says that a just society works to the benefit of the least well off in that society.
