The Hads in Tanzania can eat up to two kilograms of meat per day. But there is a time of year when they eat these mongo nongo nuts. If we just had a time machine, I'd love to go back 30 to 50,000 years and see how the ancestors of these hunter-gatherers were living. It's an important point to note that humans have been eating seeds and nuts for probably a very long time.
