"You don't just want to get to like 199.8 it's like you want to give yourself some buffer room some leeway which is exactly why by the way I usually do about like one mini cut a year because I'll lose about 10 pounds and then over the next year I'll slowly regain it," he said. "I have like eight weeks a year where I'm in a mini cut and then the rest of the year I'm just enjoying myself I'm not tracking any of that stuff" He added: "Right now you're a flexible dider but not intuitively yet you're working towards it."
