Is There a Kingdom of Heaven or God's Kingdom of Evil?

I'm having a hard time squaring the notion of this impassibility, right? Lack of passion or being causally unrelated with some of the scripture that talks about God being grieved or being angry. Like I know that those might just be metaphors to help us understand a constant attitude of God's but how does Jesus fit into this? Because he was human in nature and that human nature isn't gone. It's like that human is still out there feeling human things.
