How Much Lactate Concentration Do You Need to Analyze Your Blood?

There are so many caveats to measuring with lactate that most likely you can only do wrong. Even the spot you're sampling on the body also makes a difference whether you're measuring in the ear lobe or in the finger and even if you measure straight into the muscle it will be a much higher concentration of  lactate. That's where all the secret comes in of how i basically use this because most people when we see they're coping and they use it basically for lack for intensity control and all these kind of things while we can also do that to try to hit some numbers.
