The Politics of Ice Cream in Cuba

Cuba and the US both went through enormous change in the 1900s. Castro was like, I'm going to prove the successfulness and greatness of the Cuban way of life. Only anarchy can actually give you the truest of ice cream, which is ice cream with all the toppings just slapped in there.
