Your career is very international you've been in a lot of places talking about Caribbean. What did you learn as you went around the globe marketing in different countries and does an international kind of career help you become a better marketer? Yeah I think it does I mean I really wanted to because I've got to I suppose I was curious about the world so I'm very grateful hopefully I've returned that a little bit in terms of what I've delivered for them but but I've been very fortunate.
