How to Rate and Review Your Podcast

So I've been obsessed with podcast for 10 plus years every almost all of the podcast shows will be like hey please rate and review because it does actually help what I never understood is why don't other podcasts further incentivize you for doing that. So my idea was like hey why don't I just make a private podcast feed  for people that are willing to leave a review? And so if you like let's say you're listening to most people listen to podcasts like 90 something percent of the people listen to founders do it on either overcast or apple podcast right there's other ones you can do this on.
