You're in Self Deception, Isn't It?
"I confess i've written a little more than two or three sentences, but a few sentences, who am angry at what it's about. Get it down on paper asic idea, basic idea, so we can move on," he says. "The problem with spending too much time on this is, literally, if you're in the first three columns, you will see this through the fourth column, that you're in self deception." 'You don't know that yet when you're writing this,' he adds.'But to not do it is going to keep the anger going, and it's going to keep hurting you.'
