Creating a Culture of Innovation
A lot of companies, i just get the feedback that companies struggle with innovation. They struggle with launching net new programmes. But by providing a framework like this, you actually, like i mentioned, create the space for this to be successful. You have a much better shot at delivering on the long term financial targets of the business. It also creates a culture of innovation. My company has grown from four people to 20 million dollar revenue business in less than two years. We've gone through all the development and then commercialized it. Now we're gong to hit our financial plan on it.
