When it comes to nutrition in general guys oh let's talk about fats and proteins so if you're someone who is on a low carb diet or you're on a high fat diet then when you need more energy for your training then you would increase the amount of fats you eat. Fatty fish while fatty fish organ meats lower carbohydrate and non-starchy green and red colorful vegetables and healthy fatty foods like avocados nuts and seeds and olives, fatty acats of meats but again fat here because you need moreenergy as an athlete.
