I've Been Doing Alot of Strength Work Lately, but I'm a Little Apprehensive About It.
On the strength work front, i've been doing about a nearl three sessions per week. And within those sessions, i'll usually split em up between the upper body corps and then lower body. It is a little different because there's not nearly as much speed work as i would have in a typical training plan. So i just have to be a litle more kind of flexible with where i put them.
