Actistrone has no effect on fat loss, muscle and strength gain or hormone levels. High dose group took a tiny amount of agistrone during the trial,. nowhere near enough to produce an effect based on even the animal research that we have. And yet, we are to believe that those people allegedly built muscle like it was going out of fashion. We just don't know much about how they work - both good and bad.
