How to Prepare for a Marathon

If you're a real beginner runner, then you're going to take a while to do this. You wouldn't want to be attempting a marathon in your first year. As you get close to the race, you start adding in a bit more intensity and start making the sessions look a bit more specific. But I would say, including the marathon pace in the long runs is the key thing for me.
