You want to capture action items of things that people said they would do and who's going to do them, and key decisions. And you can listen for specific wordom or phrases. The other thing is, if you've had a discussion about a particular question or topic, and then it seems like everybody's come to a conclusion, again, making a statement. So i will try to recap it in my own words and say things out loud,. They'll correct me and tell me i'm wrong, and then give me the phrases that they use.
In most organizations, moving up means managing projects. And if you want to grow your project management skills, you’ve got a wealth of resources to choose from. Everything from books and podcasts to courses and certifications.

Anh has decades of experience leading projects for tech companies. But it wasn’t until a conversation with a mentor that she realized the more apt title for her work is project leader, not manager.
