Identify Your Trigger Food

Studies show that people consume about 10 to 15% less calories by simply not being distracted, by simply being present with their food. We all have those trigger foods and don't tell yourself you can't have it. Just create a barrier between you and that food. My favorite barrier is to not have it in the house, but if you want it, you drive to the grocery store and you get yourself a serving of it.
