I think the first thing I'd say is to slow down. If they're noticing that they're having a lot of heated conversations before they go, right, I'm going to fix this. Perhaps taking some time to reflect on, as we've done today, a little bit around history. Where's that come from? Is that learnt behaviour from their parents or their grandparents? And are there certain situations or themes that bring up that reaction in them? And I think it's that self awareness that will probably then when you do go in to have a conversation.
