Do You Have a Two-Number Role?

A lot of times, a candidate will ask us in return, well, what are you guys looking to pay for this position? And in some cases, we genuinely can tell you. In other cases, we have so many different openings that it's harder to give an exact number. So again, following that two-number role is the best advice that I can give.
