I was very worried about anything happening to people of World Central Kitchen. We got wounded in Carke, when Amisa destroyed one kitchen. Thanks God, nothing happened. Those men are women. Next day, they move all the equipment to a new kitchen. And they began cooking. Why? Because it's their country. They're defending their country with the way they know. Cooks know how to cook and feed people. That's the way to defend their country. This is the spirit I see in humanity. It gives me hope"
