For most normal people we take those three intensities, VOT, LT, high end aerobic. Those are the intensities from highest to lowest. The higher intensity the less the frequency or the less the density of training if you want to think about it like that. And the lower the intensity the more density that you can put on the training just because there's not as much muscular breakdown and the recovery is a little bit shorter.
