The Importance of Training Over FTP

If you're doing three or four FTP workouts a week, the fatigue is actually going to be quite significant. The same metabolic process is happening at ninety five percent FTP as a hundred percent FTP, just a little bit slower. One of my athletes does this every training block, like half of this workouts, and he'll way over do it. He responds so well to this kind of work.
