How to Build Empathy for Your Team

If you don't have somebody like Neil who's pushing for this from the top and you're trying to do it from the bottom, the best advice is to find someone in your company who can speak on your behalf at a state with stakeholders or vice presidents. You just got to go out, find them. This is part of also building relationships. Even if you're not senior, even if you're a junior, what are the meetings you need to be in? And just go and ask somebody, do you mind? I'm trying to learn more about how things operate because stakeholders are customers, too. So that's another way of doing it.
