Product or Platform?
As product manages a why do we care about platforms? And i think this question is important because it's like a chick in a de situation. As you actually build thes eco system, the value which you get out of this eco system is more for the audience than the company which facilitates it. A good example of that is an ypod, which was a product, and then your apple iphon, which is the platform. The next light is, what comes first? Is it a product, or is it a platform?
