There are foods, and so i think that includes a lot of red meats and things like this, where all the evidence is not really great. But interestingly, you'r talk about things, particularly fermented dairy products, right? Like cheese, or yogot or g for those on the other side of the of the pond that actually seems surprisingly healthy. A couple of points to pick up on is, yes, i think cheese is a good source of saturated fat, but in moderation. You know, the heart of a good diet is about diversity. It's about balance, and it's about moderation.
