The Importance of Training at Race Pace
I'm assuming now you'll sort of transition to maybe longer runs and longer intervals at a slightly lower intensity than what you were doing for the Montbloch marathon as an example. I don't think like there's any one training power which is absolutely perfect for anything because everyone's different so they definitely will be more longer slower sessions and back to back sessions and brick sessions where I've been called braidlike a long bike ride and then a run to try and get the hours up. There's actually a lot of sort of opportunity there to go on some adventures if I do some long scrambling days out and like have a bit more fun with the training so I am looking forward to that
